operations, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Roll Form Supervisor to
lead a vital production team.
Position Summary:
The Roll Form Supervisor will oversee all operations related to roll forming processes
during assigned shifts. This includes supervising production personnel, ensuring safety
standards are met, meeting production goals, and driving continuous improvement
efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in roll forming, metal
fabrication, or precision manufacturing, and will be an effective leader and problem-
solver.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the roll form department including scheduling,
staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure production meets or exceeds quality and efficiency standards.
Monitor and maintain roll forming equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to operators and technicians.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Collaborate with quality control, engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Train employees on equipment operation, setup, and best practices.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and
increase productivity.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in roll forming or metal fabrication.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of roll form machinery, setups, and tooling adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and technical
documents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing, industrial
technology, or a related field.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP planning systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to industrial noise, machinery, and shop floor environment.
Use of PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, etc.).
