Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cold Header Operator to join our growing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a highly specialized role requiring prior cold heading experience and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow.
- Perform tooling changes and machine setups according to blueprints and specifications.
- Examine, measure, and verify product conformance using calipers, micrometers, and length gauges.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues during production.
- Maintain safe operations by following company safety procedures.
- Ensure adherence to EPS quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cold heading experience (required).
- Experience with multi‑head cold header machines (required).
- Hands‑on set‑up experience including tooling changes, die adjustments, and machine alignment (required).
- Proficiency with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Experience with National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi, or HyoDong cold header machines strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization (required).

Job Type: Full-time, plus OT
Shift: 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, 50 hours per week
