Responsibilities:Perform daily cash receipts Collections and creditQuarterly sales and use tax Assist with annual plan process including sales and operational planning, operating budgets and updating labor and overhead ratesResponsible for providing various financial reports which accurately calculate and reconcile reserves, cost allocations, etc.Assist with annual financial auditsPrepare and post journal entriesPrepare account balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare reports detailing monthly expenses by cost centerAssist in other financial functions as needed.Skills:Detail oriented, ability to work in team environmentAbility to multi-task efficientlyStrong analytical and problem solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsEducation and Experience:BS Degree in Accounting 0-4 years experience in an accounting roleExtensive experience with Microsoft Office ExcelExperience with an ERP operating system preferred.
