While performing job duties in the Plant or Warehouse, the employee may be exposed to noise. The noise level is usually moderate. If travel is necessary, it would be local. Must have reliable means of transportation to allow flexible work hours as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Replenish established material routes to maintain a consistent supply to production areas
- Ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations and are properly labeled
- Remove empty containers, pallets, and scrap from all production areas
- Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory audits
- Transport received materials to designated put-away locations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of material areas
- Assist the Receiving Specialist in unloading trucks, verifying shipment counts, and staging incoming materials
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure traceability and accurate inventory
- Operate all material-handling equipment safely and comply with facility safety standards
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- 1-2 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment - required
- Valid Driver’s license - required
