As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment for a variety of customers throughout the region.
You'll work on equipment including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Split Systems
- Air Handlers
- Package Units
- Condensers
- Exhaust and Ventilation Systems
- Commercial HVAC Controls
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
- Repair commercial HVAC equipment safely and efficiently
- Read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers
- Complete digital work orders using Mobile-Tech
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems and take pride in doing quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and access rooftops
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Perform physical work including kneeling, bending, crawling, and standing for extended periods
