Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries and handling confidential matters, supporting with daily administrative tasks and assisting in coordinating processes and relevant documents along with other administrative duties.

Position Description
Accounting Assistant/Receptionist will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries and handling confidential matters, supporting with daily administrative tasks and assisting in coordinating processes and relevant documents along with other administrative duties.
- Serve visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and sending out mailings.
- Create and maintain various spreadsheets
- Enter check payments against outstanding invoices
- Review and correct accounts payable entries in automated system
- Accounts Payable Data Entry
- Daily Collection Calls
- Review and maintain monthly invoices
- Make monthly utility payments
- Make toll payments
- Required Hours: 8 am-5 pm

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong typing skills (60 wpm)
