This is a hands-on, execution-driven PM role, not a strategy ownership position. You will operate within a PMO framework, ensuring multiple parallel workstreams stay aligned, on track, and accurately reported. - Track commitments, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring teams adhere to agreed timelines
- Actively follow up on outstanding actions, dependencies, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
- Identify risks to timelines early and escalate with clear impact and recommended actions
PMO Governance & Tracking
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are continuously updated and addressed
- Monitor program-level milestones and dependencies across workstreams
- Support governance routines including status reporting, checkpoints, and control reviews
- Ensure delivery data is accurate, timely, and aligned across reporting channels
Tools, Process & Documentation
- Own and manage project tracking within Jira, including backlog structure, workflows, and reporting
- Maintain Confluence documentation, ensuring consistency across project artifacts, status pages, and runbooks
- Enforce standardized templates, tools, and execution practices across teams
- Ensure all project documentation is current and audit-ready
Communication & Reporting
- Facilitate working sessions and execution-focused meetings to drive progress
- Capture and communicate key decisions, risks, and action items clearly
- Provide structured updates to leadership with accurate insights into delivery status
- Ensure transparency across teams regarding progress, blockers, and changes

- Demonstrated ability to manage RAID logs, action trackers, and delivery schedules
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple parallel efforts while maintaining accuracy and discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or technical delivery programs
