eNGINE is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the design and delivery of enterprise automation and low-code solutions within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through workflow automation, application development, and system integrations while maintaining strong governance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and related components
- Partner with business teams to evaluate manual processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement
- Build, configure, and deploy scalable low-code applications aligned to business objectives
- Support adoption of Power Platform tools by providing enablement, best practices, and user support
- Maintain compliance with data governance, security policies, and platform standards
- Monitor and enhance existing automations to improve reliability, performance, and scalability
- Document solution architecture, workflows, integrations, and operational procedures
- Work with IT teams to connect Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
- Stay informed on Microsoft Power Platform updates and recommend enhancements as capabilities evolve
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing with Power Automate, PowerApps, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, APIs, and solution governance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience working in a regulated industry—such as financial services—is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience creating CoPilot Agents moves your resume to the top of the list.
