What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 analysts, fostering growth and collaboration
- Build scalable analytics processes, tools, and quality standards
- Translate business needs into impactful analytics projects and insights
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions
- Manage workload, priorities, and resources to ensure timely delivery
Required
- 7 years in data analytics, 3 in people management
- Strong SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) skills
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Clear communicator who can influence technical and business audiences
- Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with A/B testing and advanced analytics methods
- Background establishing analytics centers of excellence
- Leadership that empowers and develops talent
- Process-driven but flexible problem solving
- Strategic thinker who ties analytics to business impact
- Skilled communicator and trusted stakeholder partner
