eNGINE is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our Service Management team, focused on ITSM initiatives within ServiceNow. This role is fully business-analysis–focused and requires strong enterprise-scale experience supporting large user environments.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders and product managers to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements by removing blockers and coordinating across development, QA, and product teams.
- Collaborate with product and process owners to shape product strategy, influence roadmaps, and secure alignment from senior leadership.
- Analyze new use cases and work with architecture teams on solution options and proofs of concept.
- Provide clear, timely status updates to leadership to support proactive communication.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts within Service Management and ITSM processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications (20,000 users).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and present strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior leaders.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (preferred), including:
- ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request
- CMDB / CSDM data models
- Service Catalog / Service Portal
- ServiceNow SDLC: management of stories, epics, defects, and release processes
- Solid understanding of ITIL (v3 or v4).
- Enterprise-level ServiceNow experience is required.
