Key Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary by department but may include:
- HR: Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements.
- Engineering: Assisting with design projects, process optimization, equipment analysis, and operational improvements.
- Supply Chain: Analyzing logistics, inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations to enhance efficiency.
- Safety: Supporting workplace safety initiatives, compliance documentation, risk assessments, and training programs.
- Engaging in cross-functional projects that involve collaboration between departments.
- Conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participating in team meetings, networking events, and mentorship programs.
- Providing insights and recommendations for process improvement based on intern feedback.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to documentation, compliance, and project management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic standing (GPA requirements may apply).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant industry software is a plus.
