Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and maintenance of the company QMS (Quality Management System).
- Develop and train personnel on quality standards, defect identification, and best practices.
- Drive production improvements and defect prevention back into the process by participating in warranty and FPY (First Pass Yield) reviews.
- Collaborate with product, production, and machining teams to address quality related challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality engineering, preferably in a remanufacturing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and related industry standards.
- Experience with quality tools and techniques (e.g. – LPA, CAPA, 8D, PFMEA, SPC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the remanufacturing industry.
- Understanding the operational principles of automotive automatic transmissions.
