What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Team Member position at Engine Room Pizza?
We are a busy, scratch-made kitchen and bakery with a fast pace, a small-team mentality, and high standards. We’re looking for someone who likes to work hard, communicate well, stay moving, and jump in wherever the team needs them.
What You’ll Do
- Work pizza, sandwich, salad, prep and expo stations
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists
- Follow recipes, portioning and food-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe workstation
- Help receive and put away deliveries
- Stock and rotate product properly
- Support dish and cleaning when needed — everyone helps
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH during busy services
- Work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Help with opening and closing responsibilities

- Is available for a combination of weekdays, evenings and weekends

Pay: $21.67 - $25.30 per hour
