The Opportunity - What Makes This Role Unique?

As a Technical Parts Specialist, you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our dealer and OEM partners. This customer-facing position requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining our long-standing reputation for excellence. You will assist with parts inquiries and orders, provide expert guidance on components, and ensure timely order fulfillment. By leveraging new technology and tools, you will help enhance our customer experience while expanding your knowledge of Engine Power products. Key Responsibilities

· Provide dealer and OEM support for parts inquiries/orders via phone and email

· Research part requirements through vendor online systems, EPI bill of material breakdowns and other means

· Manage dated order fulfillment, providing accurate lead times on components ordered

· Educate customers on available kits, upselling on related components when appropriate

· Maintain and expand product knowledge using vendor online training systems while also seeking out internal learning to achieve expert-level understanding of Engine Power products and processes

· Support efforts to comply with quality system process maintenance and continuous improvement

· Good organizational and planning abilities

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

· Demonstrates confidence to work with all levels of the company

Education & Training Requirements

· High school graduation required

Work Experience Requirements

· 1-3 years of experience in automotive, heavy truck or industrial parts sales

· Previous parts sales experience is preferred, product specific training will be provided

· Mechanical experience/aptitude is preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Travel Requirements

· No travel is expected in this role
