Job Description: Junior Fleet Specialist

Enger Enterprises is a fleet washing company serving Flathead Valley and the surrounding area with superior quality exterior truck washing services through the use of specialized equipment, procedures, techniques and teamwork to efficiently and effectively remove dirt, grime, road salt, and other harsh or staining materials from equipment to enhance fleet appearance and prolong lifespan by preventing corrosion.

- In this role, you will be an essential Fleet Specialist team member with the responsibility of the cleanliness and appearance of customer equipment, ensuring that they meet our safety and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities:

-- Vehicle Cleaning: Manually washing truck exteriors, including scrubbing wheels, washing windows, and degreasing engines using high-pressure hoses and soap.

-- Facility Upkeep: Maintaining the wash bay and shop area by cleaning floors, emptying trash, and keeping equipment, hoses, and nozzles organized.

-- Safety & Compliance: Following all on-site PPE and safety guidelines, such as using protective gear, eye wear and properly handling detergents.

-- Equipment Maintenance: Performing basic, routine maintenance on pressure washers and cleaning tools.

-- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in wet environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.

-- Attention to Detail: Ensuring a high-quality clean on all vehicle and parts that meets and exceeds customer satisfaction.

-- Teamwork and communication: Assist in the organization and management of cleaning supplies and equipment

Skills & Requirements:

-- Valid Driver’s license

-- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

-- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred, not necessarily.

Location & schedule:

Hours & Location: We provide service throughout the Flathead Valley, with each workday beginning and ending at our shop. Required availability is Thursday through Sunday, with hours varying based on schedule and workload.

Job Type: Part-time
