You will provide mentorship to junior engineers, oversee critical geotechnical projects, and play an essential role in the Pacific Northwest region.?
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities; transform existing relationships into long-term partnerships.?
- Lead and manage technically complex geotechnical projects with autonomy, ensuring technical excellence from scoping through construction.?
- Serve as a key contributor to our Seattle team, providing technical training and professional guidance to junior staff.?
- Set the standard for client service, project delivery timelines, and project management (including accounts receivable management).?
- Continuously refine internal workflows to improve efficiency as the office scales.?
- Represent ENGEO at industry events and within professional organizations to elevate our local market share.?
- 10 years of geotechnical engineering project management experience?
- Licensed as Professional Engineer in Washington?
- Education: M.S. in Civil with Geotechnical Engineering specialty (minimum required)?
- Mastery of settlement analysis, slope stability, seepage, and foundation design (both deep and shallow)?
- Seismic and GIS experience a plus?
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are energized by the challenge of scaling a small office within a supportive national and international framework.?

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
