Check out this position at Engenious!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the testing of complex electronic and mechanical systems and subsystemsCollaborate closely with the design team to plan and direct hardware testing; ad-hoc engineering through formal verification and validationContribute to requirements development and review with a focus on testabilityWrite and review test protocols based on written requirementsProvide mentorship for test planning and execution, sharing knowledge of industry best practices for test techniques and methodsReview the design of fixtures for test and manufacturingProvide sophisticated data analysis to effectively communicate test results to a wide audience of stakeholdersConduct test method validations when needed to ensure a high degree of qualityProvide critical design feedback to the project team based on insights gleaned through testing.Assist with root cause analysis of anomalies discovered during testingEfficiently organize tasks and priorities.
