About Engel & Völkers

Engel & Völkers is a global luxury real estate brand with more than 16,000 advisors across 30 countries. Our Washington DC shop serves clients across Georgetown, Kalorama, Capitol Hill, and the broader DMV — pairing world-class brand standards with deeply local expertise. We're known for our distinctive shop experience: every location is a destination, not just an office.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing, Client Experience & Shop Coordinator (Shop Concierge) to be the heartbeat of our Washington DC shop. You're the first impression for clients, the daily ally for our advisors, and the operational engine that keeps marketing, events, and shop life running at a luxury standard.

This is a hybrid operations–marketing–hospitality role for someone who thrives on variety, sweats the details, and takes pride in a polished, welcoming environment. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with top-producing advisors and play a visible role in growing our presence in the DC market.

What Success Looks Like

By 30 days: You know every advisor by name, have mastered our tech stack, and have introduced one improvement to shop operations.

By 90 days: You  are producing branded marketing collateral independently, and are the go-to troubleshooter for our advisors.

By 6 months: You've developed  a rhythm for shop events, and measurable improvements to advisor shop operations and advisor engagement.

What You'll Own

Advisor Experience & Shop Operations

  • Be the first point of contact for advisor questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day needs
  • Manage the shop calendar — conference rooms, advisor meetings, client appointments, and shared resources
  • Lead advisor onboarding: workstation setup, tech provisioning, system access, and a warm welcome to the brand
  • Oversee office inventory, supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain a shop environment that reflects E&V luxury standards at all times — clean, current, on-brand
  • Process deposits, checks, and settlement-related documentation with accuracy and discretion
  • Greet every client, advisor, and visitor with the polish of a five-star hotel

Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Design and produce listing collateral — brochures, postcards, window displays, and signage — using Canva and E&V brand templates
  • Build and deploy email campaigns through Rezora for listings, open houses, and shop announcements
  • Coordinate social content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; capture photo and short-form video at events and broker opens
  • Pull and maintain mailing lists from Bright MLS for advisor campaigns
  • Edit advisor bios, manage headshots, and ensure logo and brand standards are applied consistently
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team on campaign rollouts and asset sharing

Events & Community

  • Plan, promote, and execute shop events — broker opens, client appreciation evenings, and community partnerships
  • Coordinate weekly shop meetings: agenda, speakers, presentation prep, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a curated network of local vendors and partners (stagers, photographers, lenders, restaurants, lifestyle brands)
  • Track community events, continuing-education opportunities, and partnership leads, and surface them to advisors
  • Represent the shop at occasional after-hours events and community engagements

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on E&V tools, partner network updates, and internal communications; cascade key updates to advisors
  • Identify friction in shop workflows and propose solutions
  • Support broader operations and special projects as the shop grows

Tech Stack You'll Use Daily

Bright MLS · Lofty CRM · Cloud CMA · Dotloop · Rezora · Canva · E&V World · Google Workspace · Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2 years in a client-facing role: real estate operations, luxury hospitality, boutique retail, marketing coordination, or executive support
  • DC real estate license a plus; we'll support licensure for the right candidate within the first year
  • Demonstrated experience producing branded marketing materials (please share samples or a portfolio)

Skills

  • Fluent in Google Workspace and Canva; quick to learn new platforms
  • Strong design eye — you instinctively notice when something is off-brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting on behalf of advisors and the shop
  • Exceptional organization; you can manage 10 things at once without dropping any
  • Social media literate across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

How You Work

  • Service-minded — you anticipate needs before they're voiced
  • Calm under pressure and resourceful when answers aren't obvious
  • Collaborative with advisors, staff, and vendors; equally effective working solo
  • Discreet with confidential client and financial information
  • Energized by a mix of operations, creative work, and people

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Primarily in-office at our Washington DC shop
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs (event setup, supplies, signage)
  • Able to work occasional evenings and weekends for events (typically 1–2 per month)

Why This Role

You'll be at the center of a globally recognized luxury brand with a tight-knit DC team. Strong performers in this role have grown into Marketing Manager, Director of Operations, and licensed Advisor pathways within E&V. We invest in our people through brand training, conference travel, and continuing education.
