Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta in the Buckhead Area, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the brokerage office. This role oversees reception duties, coordinates schedules and meetings, manages office supplies and equipment, and maintains organized filing and record-keeping systems. The Office Manager serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, offering responsive and professional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting leadership with administrative tasks, preparing basic reports, assisting with event and meeting logistics, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming office environment. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can prioritize tasks, support a fast-paced real estate team, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess 5 years experience in real estate, professional services, or a similar office-based setting to be eligible for this position.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, such as calendar management, filing, data entry, and coordination of daily office activities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to greet clients, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment, including copiers, scanners, phone systems, and basic troubleshooting of office technology.
- Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic reporting tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in office administration or business are an advantage.
