Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with some overtime available)
Job Summary:
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship finished goods in accordance with customer requirements.
- Perform weigh counting of parts and accurately fill customer orders.
- Utilize ERP system to process orders and maintain records.
- Package products according to company and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory and shipping area.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
