In this role, you'll make a real impact every day by supporting employees, partnering with client leadership, and helping keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
As our On-Site Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting both our employees and our client by:
- Serving as the main point of contact for employees working on-site
- Monitoring daily attendance and coordinating staffing coverage
- Conducting new hire orientations and helping employees get off to a successful start
- Supporting employee relations by resolving attendance, payroll, onboarding, and workplace concerns
- Building strong relationships with client supervisors and department leaders
- Promoting a safe work environment through regular floor walkthroughs and PPE compliance
- Providing coaching and support to help employees succeed in their roles
- Managing workforce changes based on production needs
- Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce documentation
- Helping identify employees ready for advancement opportunities
- Assisting with bilingual communication and translation when needed (Spanish preferred but not required)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in staffing, manufacturing, operations, or workforce management preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teams
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
