Data Fulfillment Specialist (Quality Administrator)
Pay: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Data Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and submitting critical quality and compliance documentation, including:
Create, assemble, and submit PPAP packages for product approvals
Prepare and submit material compliance documentation (IMDS, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, etc.)
Work directly with customers and customer portals to fulfill documentation requirements
Review drawings, data, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update PPAP tracking and documentation systems
Support quality, manufacturing, and product development initiatives
Communicate status updates and collaborate closely with internal teams
Ensure all work aligns with quality, environmental, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of related experience preferred (quality, documentation, data, or customer-facing roles)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with documentation, systems, and customer portals
Basic math, print reading, and computer skills
Experience with Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, or similar tools is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work overtime or non-standard hours as needed
