The appropriate candidate has 5-8 years of Strategy Leadership under their belts, as well as experience managing a Strategist. You must be a strong presenter and be able to present to Senior Management.The Design team is sharp, but you need to be a capable communicator who has experience relating branding positioning to Creative teams in a way that brings out the best in them.
