Donor Relations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented Donor Relations Specialist to support our Program Services Team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate workflows, managing routine client communications, and ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide occasional front desk coverage, including mail handling, label printing and document prep.
· Perform routine data handling tasks, including file exports, information review and data redaction.
· Follow defined processes to support compliance and client-specific requirements.
Client Communication & Coordination:
· Monitor and manage a shared client inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
· Track and organize documentation related to client activity and communications
· Coordinate the flow of client deliverables and respond to routine service needs.
Qualifications:
· Experience in customer service, administrative support or operations
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Clear written and communication skills
· Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to manage priorities and follow established procedures
· Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
· Comfortable working independently and within a team
· Flexible and able to adjust to shifting timelines or client needs
Pay: From $16.65 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
