You will be responsible for planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, working closely with sales to improve pipeline quality, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts to maximize ROI. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, performance, and measurable outcomes.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Albany, NY. The Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of data-driven marketing strategies, managing campaigns to maximize targeted reach and ROI. Day-to-day tasks include planning marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with teams on creative content, and ensuring messaging aligns with the company's branding. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing efforts across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Plan and manage outbound and inbound campaigns including email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and paid media
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve lead quality
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Support go-to-market strategy including messaging, positioning, and targeting for different industries
- Create and manage marketing content such as email copy, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
- Identify new growth opportunities using data insights and market trends
- Manage marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends in data-driven marketing and lead generation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred*
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and campaign management
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and audience targeting
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Hands-on experience with outbound marketing (email, LinkedIn outreach preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams
