Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) role located in Voorhees, NJ, for a Marketing Analytics Specialist. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support data-driven marketing decisions. Key responsibilities include tracking and measuring campaign performance, creating detailed reports, identifying growth opportunities, and providing recommendations to enhance marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying current on analytics tools, and ensuring data accuracy are integral parts of the role.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of analytics experience in a media agency, ad tech, or marketing environment
• Proficiency with Looker Studio, Google Analytics (GA4), and major ad platform reporting (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of Data warehouses, AI, Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with pixel/tag implementation and tracking QA (GTM, Floodlight, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences — in writing, in decks, and in meetings
• Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work
Nice to Have
• Experience with SQL for pulling and transforming data from ad servers or data warehouses
• Exposure to media mix modeling, attribution tools, or incrementality testing
• Experience with programmatic platforms and third-party ad servers (CM360, Sizmek, etc.)
• Familiarity with Python or R for data processing
Compensation
• Location: Voorhees, NJ In office 3-days a week (T,W,Tr), remote Monday and Friday
• Employment type: Full-time
• Compensation range: $55,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
