What You'll Do
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments
- Manage the RAI process and care planning Support Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor PDPM and quality measures
- Current Ohio RN License
- MDS experience preferred
- Knowledge of PDPM and reimbursement systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
