Senior UX Designer (Enterprise SaaS)

ENFOS | Durham, NC (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

About the Role

ENFOS is hiring its first dedicated Senior UX Designer to help define and scale the user experience for a complex, data-driven enterprise SaaS platform. This is a foundational role where you’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to design intuitive experiences across financial, operational, and regulatory workflows. You’ll play a key part in shaping how users interact with large datasets, reporting systems, and multi-step processes in a highly structured environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive user experiences for a data-heavy enterprise platform (tables, navigation, workflows)
• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into clear, user-centered designs
• Create and evolve UX patterns, standards, and design systems
• Improve usability across reporting views, dashboards, and multi-entity workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape feature design and user flows
• Apply AI tools across the design lifecycle, including research, ideation, and validation
• Own work end-to-end with high autonomy and minimal handholding

What You Bring:

• 5 years of UX design experience
• Experience designing modern B2B SaaS products, especially data-centric applications
• Strong understanding of enterprise UX patterns (tables, navigation, complex workflows)
• Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user flows
• Proven ability to own projects independently with minimal oversight
• Experience with financial, accounting, or regulated software environments
• Experience incorporating AI tools into the design process (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Figma tools)
• Background working in early-stage or scaling product teams, preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $160K – $200K base salary, DOE
