Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Site Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations at our designated site. Duties
- Experience supervising 15-20 security officers, coordinate daily security operations, including patrolling, mobile radar, access control, surveillance activities, and reporting
- Manage security personnel schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service
- Oversee the operation of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control systems to monitor site activity effectively
- Respond swiftly to incidents by executing emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, fire safety protocols, and conflict de-escalation
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other occurrences for review and record-keeping
- Perform physical security tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining secure perimeters through patrols and inspections
- Enforce compliance with security regulations and company policies while managing conflict situations with professionalism and tact
Experience
- Proven experience with 5-7 years of Security Management or Supervision
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and access control systems
- Background in law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to perform first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use in emergency situations
- Experience conducting background checks and performing loss prevention activities
- Familiarity with incident report writing, conflict management techniques, and emergency response procedures
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and long periods of patrolling or standing during shifts
