Now hiring: Social Media Manager in Sebring, FL
This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week). The ideal candidate will be able to work 1–2 days per week from our Sebring, FL office and occasionally assist with local client content shoots or events. While we’re open to remote candidates, priority will be given to those within driving distance of Sebring who can collaborate with our team in person.
Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Enfluence, you’ll manage 10–12 client accounts across Facebook and Instagram, planning, creating, and publishing content that aligns with each client’s goals and voice. You’ll collaborate with our team to develop strategies, produce Reels and carousels, and analyze performance metrics that drive engagement and growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10–12 client accounts across Facebook and Instagram
- Create and schedule engaging content (Reels, carousels, static posts, stories) using Canva and Metricool
- Write compelling captions that align with client voice and brand strategy
- Stay up to date on trends, sounds, and algorithm shifts to keep content relevant and performing well
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture community interactions
- Track analytics and provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate with the Enfluence team to execute campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling
- Support ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite (experience with Meta Ads a plus)
- Optional: Assist with email campaigns or landing pages via Flodesk (bonus skill!)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
- Proven ability to create engaging Reels, carousels, and static posts
- Proficiency in Canva (templates, design, and animation)
- Experience with Metricool and Meta Business Suite
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Flodesk is a plus
- Must be able to travel to the Sebring, FL office 2x per week (preferred, but open to remote for the right candidate)
