Enflite, located in Georgetown, Texas designs and produces top-of-the-line cabin accessories, sectional pocket doors and galley equipment for executive and first-class commercial aircraft. Enflite is currently searching for a talented, customer focused, and results oriented Planner.
The essential duties/responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Develop and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
- Determine job priorities, quantities, and required completion dates
- Direct Planner I on job creation, release timing, and execution priorities
- Analyze capacity and material constraints to ensure achievable production plans
- Confirm ship dates for new customer orders in coordination with Sales
- Evaluate and respond to customer pull-in requests, determining feasibility based on capacity and lead time
- Continuously assess part availability, including supplier lead times and inventory, when making planning decisions
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality to align planning activities
- Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including:
- Updating item revisions
- Modifying Bills of Material (BOMs) and job BOMs
- Create and maintain item master data and new BOMs
- Manage changes impacting production schedules and material requirements
- Collaborate with Quality on non-conforming materials and determine disposition based on production demand
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve manufacturing issues, including deviations and defects
- Monitor and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or unforeseen conditions
- Support reporting and performance tracking (on-time delivery, schedule adherence, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and system accuracy
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Mentor and support development of Planner I
Qualifications:
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, lead times, and capacity planning
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Syteline ERP system
- Experience with BOM management and engineering change processes
- Experience supporting multi-product or complex manufacturing environments
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Must satisfactorily complete pre-employment check to include background check and drug screening.

Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/office environment.
