- Bachelor's degree, prior teaching experience, or concurrent enrollment in a pre-service teaching program preferred
- Prior experience working in a classroom setting
- Ability to facilitate small group instruction
- Ability to assist in developing and preparing activities in collaboration with the classroom teacher
- Ability to partner with classroom teacher to independently deliver classroom instruction
- Strong math and literacy skills
