- Elicit, Analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Create use cases, functional requirements, process flows, documentation

- Experience with productivity & collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, M365)
- Business process analysis and process mapping
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- UAT coordination
- M365 Ecosystem Knowledge

- A little more technical on SharePoint Online
