Job Description
- Receipt of docs, queue up for review (standard to offshore, complex to Counsel)
- Sub doc review – based on checklist/process outlined during training
- Work within Anduin (digital document platform) to access documents and communicate with clients and update status via the platform
- Work from PDF for non-Anduin sub docs, communication via email
- Coordinate with Counsel on complex reviews and side letters
- Manage additional inquiries from clients
- Review AML and Tax docs for completeness
- Liaise with AML and Tax teams to coordinate reviews
- Upload and categorize docs in Appian
- Enter data and statuses in Appian (possible OCR/AI solution to scrape data)
- Upload and categorize docs in Appian
- Collate ready to close docs
- Collate and execute final sub docs
