Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical and customer support to users of SENET. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems to identify solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Collaboration with team members to improve processes and documentation is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to solve complex software and hardware issues efficiently
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to address user needs and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and end-users
