Job Purpose

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Guide and support Maintenance Technicians in daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards. Participate in training and skill development.
- Enforce all regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive hazard prevention.
- Maintain clear communication between maintenance, production, and management. Encourage collaboration, feedback, and transparency.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement cost-effective improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Manage maintenance schedules and TPM programs to maximize uptime and resource utilization.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, Facotry Talk Panel View, and Fanuc Robotics required.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in electrical troubleshooting, welding, mechanical repair, reading schematics and working with PLC I/O and pneumatics.
- Strong communication, basic math, and documentations skills.
- Forklift certification and PPE compliance.
