Job Purpose
The IT Specialist I provides frontline technical support and technology services that enable efficient business operations across manufacturing and office environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals, and software.
- Administer user accounts and access permissions.
- Manage IT service tickets and documentation.
- Support onboarding and equipment provisioning.
- Assist with cybersecurity, patching, and endpoint management.
- Support basic networking and connectivity.
- Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- One year of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Security , or Microsoft
