Digital Systems Analyst

About The Role

This position plays a key role in advancing EnergySolutions’ next generation of digital project systems—where data, automation, and AI work together to drive real-time insights and smarter decisions. As part of the Project Management Office, the role contributes to the design, development, and integration of enterprise tools that connect project data, improve visibility, and enable more intelligent project delivery across the organization. Working closely with senior digital leads, IT partners, and project teams, you’ll help implement innovative solutions, optimize workflows, and strengthen how EnergySolutions executes and manages complex projects enterprise-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise teams and technical stakeholders to design and integrate digital solutions that connect systems and strengthen project data visibility.
• Develop and implement automation workflows and applications using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline project setup, reporting, and change management processes.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven workflows and agents using CoPilot and related enterprise AI tools to support forecasting, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Coordinate with data and analytics teams to optimize data models and reporting structures that enhance accuracy, usability, and performance.
• Help define and mature future-state project management systems that unify cost, schedule, and risk data within a connected digital environment.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale PMO digital solutions across projects and business units.
  
  

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, business, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience developing or integrating digital systems, data workflows, or automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel (Power Query, data connections) and working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps preferred.
• Skilled in translating technical data processes into practical business solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with proven ability to work across business and technical teams on complex digital initiatives.
• Willingness to support project-specific assignments that may require travel or short-term relocation.
