Job Overview
We are seeking a Warranty Specialist that will manage the warranty claims process for all DME products, ensuring compliance with manufacturers' policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with vendors, patients, and internal teams to streamline warranty claims, and monitor timelines.
Job Responsibilities
Claims Management: Process and document warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines.
Communication: Act as the main contact for warranty inquiries, providing clear updates to patients and coordinating with internal teams.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to industry standards and maintain accurate records.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve warranty issues efficiently while escalating complex cases as needed.
Reporting: Generate reports on claims activity and identify trends to improve quality control.
Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory teams to handle returned or replaced items.
Customer Support: Educate customers on warranty coverage and equipment care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Keep calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
