Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive project-level support for Energy Storage, Acumen EMS, and ETB Monitor, including technical guidance, documentation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop accurate and timely quotes for Energy Storage, Acumen EMS and ETB Monitor projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company pricing standards.
  • Manage the transition from sales to operations, facilitating smooth handoffs and ensuring all project details are communicated clearly to internal teams.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation, including the Sales NTP Package and Sales Closeout Package, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Coordinate and attend client appointments scheduled by Regional Account Managers, providing technical expertise and reinforcing customer relationships.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, promoting Energy Storage, Acumen EMS and ETB Monitor solutions and supporting lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct post-commissioning follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and build strong relationships for future sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering) to resolve technical challenges and maintain project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including project updates, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to Energy Storage, Acumen EMS and ETB Monitor, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and deadlines, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support training initiatives for clients and internal staff on Energy Storage, Acumen EMS and ETB Monitor functionality.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights for product improvements and sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including safety and quality requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoom (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in energy storage, project coordination, technical support, or sales operations within a technology or energy management environment.
  • Experience with quoting, project documentation, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with energy management systems, building automation, or similar technologies is an asset.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
