This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating service schedules, engaging with customers to address inquiries, and ensuring the overall efficiency of operations. Key tasks include facilitating service requests, maintaining strong communication between teams, and providing proactive customer support to enhance satisfaction.
- Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with energy systems or service operations is a plus
