Accounting Assistant
Energy Systems Southeast, LLC (ESSE), the Industrial Distribution Central for Generac Power Systems, is currently searching for an Accounting Assistant in Birmingham, Alabama.
- Assists in general ledger maintenance and review
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations
- Assists in month end close review and postings
- Processes business license renewals as needed
- Assists in sales tax maintenance and processing
- Helps with any other accounting tasks that may arise
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
Salary : $22 - $25
