Regional Marketing Leader

ESG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Lead to support brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives across the Western United States. This role will partner closely with sales, business development, and corporate marketing to design and execute campaigns tailored to local market needs. The Regional Marketer will play a key role in ensuring national strategies are brought to life with regional relevance, helping drive pipeline growth and strengthen client relationships.

This position is fully remote, but strongly preferred to be in TX, AZ, CA, NM, or CO to align with account teams. Travel required up to 20%.

The essential functions of the position include:

• Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events and sponsorships that align with corporate strategies and regional sales goals.
• Client Engagement: Partner with account teams to develop and execute strategies that support our clients’ communications needs to reach their own community.
• Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to create targeted collateral, presentations, and other materials that support prospecting and client engagement.
• Event & Trade Show Support: Manage marketing messaging for local trade shows, conferences, and client events, ensuring brand consistency.
• Content Localization: Adapt national content and messaging for regional audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Market Insights: Monitor regional trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Digital Engagement: Collaborate with corporate teams to extend digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media) into regional markets.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.

Your background includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
