Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead LED Lighting Installer to join our installation team. The Lead Installer will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing the installation of LED lighting systems at various customer locations. As the team leader, you will manage a small team, install and wire lights, troubleshoot any issues that arise on the job site, and communicate with our lighting manager. Responsibilities include installing new fixtures, wiring, switches, and other lighting components.
Key Responsibilities:
- LED Lighting Installation: Install and wire LED lighting fixtures, controls, and related equipment in accordance with safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of LED lighting installers in the efficient and timely installation of LED lighting systems for both indoor and outdoor applications. Provide clear direction to ensure projects are completed to company standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all components are securely installed and systems are operating efficiently. Responsibilities also include complete job site cleanup, ensuring no Energy Select materials or tools are left behind and the site is left in a clean, professional condition.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve installation-related issues that may arise during projects, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow and client satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the installation process.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with heights such as lifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman’s License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
