Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Accurately input data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms using fast and precise typing skills
  • Maintain and update digital files, physical filing systems, and records with meticulous attention to detail
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing information from multiple sources and correcting discrepancies
  • Assist with data collection tasks, including gathering information from various departments or external sources
  • Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present data insights
  • Support order entry processes by processing transactions efficiently within office systems
  • Perform transcription of handwritten or audio notes into digital formats with clarity and precision
  • Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate databases, office applications, and ERP systems effectively

Experience

  • Proven clerical experience or previous work as a Data Entry Clerk or in an administrative support role
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and basic formulas
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software suites such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy rates; ability to meet productivity targets
  • Experience handling data collection, filing, and order entry tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous office experience involving data entry, transcription, or administrative duties is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
