WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time administrative client care office position, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional overtime available.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients with professionalism and confidence while keeping schedules on track. You'll coordinate appointments, update records, handle data entry, and ensure documents are organized and accurate, all while supporting the team's daily needs. Your attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks, making you an essential part of keeping operations efficient, trustworthy, and running seamlessly.
