We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator with a strong background in Electrical and Instrumentation (E/I) to support industrial construction projects in Toledo, Ohio. This contract role will focus on coordinating E/I activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

- Coordinate daily construction activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of E/I scope.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
- Track progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues.
- Assist with procurement and delivery of E/I materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination with E/I focus.
- Familiarity with NEC, ISA standards, and industrial construction practices.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Toledo, Ohio.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or energy sector projects.
- Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation calibration.
- Exposure to commissioning and startup phases.
