The Temporary Production Floor Worker supports the manufacturing and assembly of water filtration elements. This position works as part of a small production team and requires dependability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and production of water filtration elements.
- Perform assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
- Follow production instructions, specifications, and established procedures.
- Identify and report product defects, equipment concerns, or other production issues.
- Properly handle production materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete other production-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Ability to perform repetitive production and assembly tasks.
- Willingness to learn production processes and follow established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous light industrial, manufacturing, or assembly experience.
- Bilingual.
Position Details
- Temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately two to three months.
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Production-floor work environment.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
