Position Overview

At Energy Harness Corporation, our sales team is the critical link between us and our clients. The team members in this role are the face of our company. As a proven Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing key client relationships and driving weekly sales. The position is compensated with a base salary plus commission. Each year with Energy Harness will help you drive more income and projects than the year before with equal effort and attention. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Adapt quickly to job requirements through training that will be provided regarding the company, sales process, products, services, and client base.
  • Be responsible to contact potential clients daily, build and maintain your sales pipeline, and maintain a high degree of sales activity.
  • Develop quick rapport and assess your client's needs to develop the right solution for their business.
  • Build an effective partnership relationship with clients and prospects in your market during the sales transaction to ensure high level of customer service is delivered.
  • Identify, prospect, negotiate and sell products and services to a targeted Client/ Prospect base within your assigned local market.
  • Working as part of the sales team to collectively deliver sales results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving weekly sales goals for meetings, proposals, and closing sales.
  • Providing knowledge of company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Consulting with prospective and existing clients in face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating, planning and managing your own schedule.
  • Working and generating client leads.
  • Maintaining and updating all contacts/clients/leads in the companies CRM database daily.
  • Working with clients on needs development, defining potential project scope, translating needs to the audit/engineering team, and generating proposals.
  • Presenting proposals to clients and closing sales.

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office and email
  • Problems solving skills within a team environment.

Physical / Mental Demands:

  • Must be able to travel as needed to visit prospects and clients.
  • Must be able to think quickly and be creative in helping clients resolve lighting needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Self-Driven Income Base Salary (plus commission);
  • Average compensation year one $90 - $120k
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (applicable after 90 days)
  • Supplemental Insurance (applicable after 90 days)
  • Paid Holidays
  • Paid Vacation Days


Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
