Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for a Lead Solar Installer. The Lead Solar Installer will manage and oversee the installation of solar power systems. Responsibilities include using power and hand tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and training junior installers. The Lead Solar Installer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Solar Power and Solar Systems
- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Knowledge of the Solar Industry
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
